Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

VISA MATATA INTERNATIONAL (Reg. No. 584085), located at PAPU Tower 6th Floor, 10636 Moshi Rd, Arusha, Tanzania, provides professional consultancy and coordination services across four UAE categories:

• UAE Visa Application Assistance: Document review and filing assistance for 30-day Single Entry, 60-day Multiple Entry, and 60-day Single Entry UAE Tourist e-Visas.
• UAE Travel Services: Flight reservation assistance, UAE hotel bookings, and travel medical insurance coordination.
• Dubai & UAE Tour Services: Sightseeing excursions, desert safaris, dhow cruises, and attraction ticket bookings.
• UAE Opportunities Information: Educational articles and guides published via blog.visamatata.com.

2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval or Processing Speed

Important Compliance Condition: VISA Matata is a private visa application and travel assistance consultancy and is not part of the UAE Government or embassy. While standard UAE e-Visa processing typically takes approximately 3 working days, we never promise visa approval or guaranteed processing speeds. Final decisions on visa issuance, delays, or entry clearance at UAE ports of entry rest solely with official UAE immigration authorities.

3. Client Responsibilities & Accuracy of Documents

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide genuine, accurate, and unaltered passport scans, photographs, and personal details.
• Ensure your passport holds at least six (6) months validity from your intended date of arrival in the UAE.
• Comply strictly with the stay validity of your issued UAE e-Visa (30 days or 60 days) and depart the UAE prior to visa expiration.

4. Third-Party Travel & Tour Suppliers

Flight tickets, hotel accommodations, travel insurance policies, and Dubai/Abu Dhabi excursions are fulfilled by respective airlines, hotels, insurance underwriters, and licensed UAE destination management companies. Your bookings are also subject to the fare rules, check-in terms, and safety regulations of those providers.

5. Limitation of Liability

VISA MATATA INTERNATIONAL shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from immigration decisions, visa rejections, administrative delays by government authorities, flight schedule changes, or force majeure events.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or through the competent courts in Arusha, Tanzania.
